Role Overview

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing QA teams in a technology-focused environment.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing QA strategies that drive quality improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Deep expertise in various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and automated testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to our industry.
- Experience with cloud-based testing environments and performance testing frameworks.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in software testing tools and frameworks, with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools, such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
