Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean.
- Proven experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
