Responsibilities

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, and industry trends.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving quality improvements in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices, including experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior leadership role within a software development organization.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in quality assurance tools and frameworks, including Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing solutions and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure).
