Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and passionate Director of Public Health Programs to lead our initiatives aimed at improving community health outcomes. Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive public health programs that align with organizational goals and community needs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in public health program management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective public health strategies and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and evaluation methodologies relevant to public health.
Preferred:
- Doctorate in Public Health or a related discipline.
- Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of health disparities.
- Proven track record in securing funding and managing grants for public health projects.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS) and public health informatics tools.
- Experience with program evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with health communication strategies and public health messaging.
