Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Community Health Program Manager to lead and coordinate health initiatives aimed at improving community health outcomes. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management within the healthcare or community health sector
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing health programs
- Strong knowledge of health disparities and social determinants of health
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with budgeting and resource allocation
Preferred:
- Experience working with underserved populations and community-based organizations
- Familiarity with health policy and regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar tools)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
