Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Health Program Manager to lead our health initiatives and drive impactful health outcomes within the community. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management within the healthcare sector
- Proven track record in managing health programs with demonstrated outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in public health, health administration, or a related field
- Experience with grant writing and management
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS)
- Experience with health informatics and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of health program evaluation methodologies
