Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of various programs and initiatives, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting research and analysis to inform program development and improvement.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a nonprofit or educational environment.
- Familiarity with program evaluation methods and tools.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Ability to leverage data analytics tools to track program performance and outcomes.
