Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Production Support Manager to oversee and enhance our production support operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the stability of our production environments, drive incident management processes, and lead a team of dedicated support engineers. Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Lead the production support team to ensure timely resolution of incidents, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
- Develop and implement operational processes and best practices for incident management, problem resolution, and service continuity.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of incidents and resolutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to prioritize bug fixes and enhancements, ensuring the production environment aligns with business needs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in production support or IT operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of incident management frameworks and ITIL best practices.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational efficiency.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic) and incident management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or relevant operational management frameworks.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Solid understanding of application architecture and infrastructure components.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation of operational tasks.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) for troubleshooting and performance tuning.
