Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in production control or manufacturing supervision
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational improvements
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly in a manufacturing environment
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
- Knowledge of quality control processes and tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards
