Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.

Preferred:
- Experience in a relevant industry, such as technology, software, or consumer products.
- Advanced degree in a related field (MBA, MS in Engineering, etc.)

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
