• Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and maintain design integrity
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers while also being open to receiving feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a digital environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including UI/UX projects
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how it applies to design

• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Interest in learning about interaction design and motion graphics
