Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects and leadership experience.
- Proven track record of leading design teams and driving user-centered design processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in design thinking methodologies, user research techniques, and usability testing.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a technology or digital product company.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies and principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with data-driven design approaches and A/B testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in UX design.
