Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Pharmacy Clerk to join our pharmacy operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy technician certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and medication dispensing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with pharmacy management software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of insurance billing and reimbursement processes.
- Prior experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
