Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Pharmacy Cashier to oversee and streamline the operations of our pharmacy's front-end services. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the cash handling processes, and assisting the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations at the pharmacy cash register, ensuring accurate and efficient cash handling
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior cashiers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in pharmacy or retail management preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy or retail cashier role, with demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and relevant regulations
- Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems
- Previous training or supervisory experience
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
