Role Overview
As a fully remote Pets Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and managing relationships within our pet product portfolio. Your expertise in the pet industry will empower you to lead our sales initiatives, enhance customer experiences, and maximize revenue growth while promoting our brand values dedicated to pet welfare and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within the pet product market.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pet industry or related fields.
