Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Retail Store Manager to oversee operations, drive sales performance, and cultivate a customer-centric environment at our retail locations. You will be responsible for leading a team, managing inventory, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective retail strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving operational improvements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
