Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Retail Sales Manager to oversee and optimize our retail sales strategy across multiple locations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with overall company goals and drive profitability
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create promotional campaigns that resonate with our target audience
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers and district leaders, to ensure alignment and support
- Conduct regular market assessments to stay informed of competitive landscape and emerging trends
- Implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and inform decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
