Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices throughout all operations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all equipment and processes, including maintenance logs and safety protocols
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their technical skills
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in petroleum technology or related field, with a focus on operational leadership
- Strong knowledge of petroleum extraction and processing equipment, as well as safety and environmental regulations
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving performance improvements
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced petroleum recovery techniques and technologies
- Certification in HAZWOPER or equivalent safety training
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of drilling and production equipment, including pumps, compressors, and separators
- Experience with data analysis tools to monitor and improve production performance
- Knowledge of automation and control systems used in the petroleum industry
