Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join the dynamic HR team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures

- Support the performance management process by helping to coordinate performance reviews and employee feedback
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions that promote workforce development and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role, with a strong understanding of HR processes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with employee engagement tools and performance management systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) for managing employee data
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track HR metrics and support decision-making
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) to assist in HR project execution
