Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record in a senior HR role

- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with executive leadership and stakeholders across the organization
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
Preferred:
