Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a focus on strategic HR management in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational performance
- Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and best practices in HR management
- Strong experience with employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others
Preferred:
- Experience in industries undergoing rapid transformation or significant change
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
- Experience with performance management software and employee engagement platforms
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and talent development technologies
