Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Patient Sitter to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Provide training and mentorship to new patient sitters, promoting best practices in patient care.
- Document patient interactions and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate medical staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient care or support roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using telecommunication tools for remote patient monitoring.
- Basic understanding of healthcare documentation software.
