Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale inventory systems and optimizing supply chain processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred:
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced data analytics tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems, logistics software, and supply chain optimization tools
- Familiarity with best practices in parts distribution and supply chain methodologies
