Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in parking management or a related field
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
