Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Parking Operations Manager to oversee our parking facilities and enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and lead a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize parking operations, maximizing revenue and minimizing costs
- Oversee daily operations of parking facilities, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of parking attendants and supervisors, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service
- Analyze operational metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment and services
- Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and compliance with city regulations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in parking operations management or a related field
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience with parking management software and technologies
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to parking operations
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with parking management systems and technologies, including payment processing and enforcement tools
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track performance metrics
- Ability to implement and manage new technologies to enhance operational efficiency
