Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Parking Lot Attendant to manage parking operations within our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth parking processes, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining a safe and organized parking environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor parking lot operations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist customers with parking inquiries, including directions and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area, including regular inspections
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly
- Assist in managing vehicle flow and directing traffic in busy areas
- Document incidents and provide accurate reports to management as needed
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a customer service or parking-related role
- Familiarity with parking management systems and technologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to operate basic office equipment (e.g., computers, printers)
- Familiarity with digital communication tools for reporting and coordination
