Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Parking Lot Manager to oversee the daily operations of our parking facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal utilization of parking spaces, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading a team of parking attendants to deliver a seamless parking experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the parking lot, ensuring proper staffing levels and adherence to safety protocols
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize parking space utilization and revenue generation
- Monitor parking lot conditions, addressing issues promptly to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Lead and mentor parking attendants, providing training and performance feedback to enhance service quality
- Utilize data analytics to assess parking patterns and inform operational decisions
- Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and permit requirements
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a parking or transportation environment
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with parking management software and reporting tools
Preferred:
- Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
