Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Parking Enforcement Manager to lead our parking enforcement operations. This role requires a combination of strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of municipal parking policies to ensure compliance and enhance community satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement parking enforcement strategies that align with municipal regulations and community needs
- Oversee daily operations of the parking enforcement team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Analyze parking data and trends to optimize enforcement activities and improve overall service delivery
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and city officials to address parking-related issues and policy changes
- Manage the budget and resources for the parking enforcement division, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency
- Provide training and mentorship for parking enforcement staff to foster a culture of professionalism and accountability
- Engage with community stakeholders to address concerns and improve public perceptions of parking enforcement
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on enforcement activities, trends, and recommendations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in parking enforcement, municipal management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of parking regulations, compliance, and enforcement best practices
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering a positive work environment
Preferred:
- Experience with data analytics tools to assess and enhance parking enforcement strategies
- Familiarity with community engagement practices and conflict resolution
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
