Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to facilitate recovery and independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop effective treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and families.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in rehabilitation or acute care.
- Knowledge of specialized therapeutic techniques and modalities.
- Certification in a relevant specialty area (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics, hand therapy) is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
- Proficient in using various therapeutic tools and equipment relevant to occupational therapy.
- Experience with telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions when necessary.
