Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief of Occupational Therapy to lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional therapy services that enhance the quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for the occupational therapy department, aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of occupational therapists, promoting a culture of clinical excellence and continuous professional development.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and optimize treatment plans that facilitate optimal recovery and independence for clients.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data to drive decision-making and enhance service delivery.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- 10+ years of experience in occupational therapy, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical practice, program development, and staff supervision.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data for performance improvement.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare management role within a multidisciplinary setting.
- Board certification in a specialty area of occupational therapy.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other technology to enhance service delivery.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of occupational therapy assessment tools, therapeutic modalities, and intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with telehealth practices and emerging technologies in occupational therapy.
- Experience with quality assurance frameworks and performance measurement systems.
