Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in orthodontic technology, with a strong background in appliance fabrication techniques.
- Certification as a Certified Orthodontic Technician (COT) or equivalent.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a clinical or laboratory setting.
- In-depth knowledge of orthodontic materials, tools, and procedures.
Preferred:
- Experience with 3D printing and digital orthodontics, including CAD/CAM systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff and patients.
- Proficiency in software applications related to orthodontic design and fabrication.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in orthodontic appliance design and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with digital orthodontics, including 3D scanning and modeling software.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment, including vacuum formers and soldering tools.
