Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Orthodontic Assistant to join our dedicated team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Certification as an Orthodontic Assistant or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an orthodontic setting with proven leadership capabilities
- Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures and patient care best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role within a dental or orthodontic practice
- Proficiency in dental software and electronic health record management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with orthodontic appliances, tools, and technologies
