Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Music (Organist) to lead our music ministry, overseeing all aspects of music programming and performance within our organization. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct all music activities and programs, including weekly services, special events, and seasonal performances.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in church music ministry, including experience as an organist and choir director.
- Proficiency in playing the organ and piano, with a strong background in both classical and contemporary music.
- Ability to lead and inspire musicians, volunteers, and congregants.
Preferred:
- Experience with music technology, including sound systems and digital music platforms.
- Knowledge of choral conducting techniques and vocal pedagogy.
- Familiarity with liturgical practices and the ability to select appropriate music for various worship settings.
