Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Optical Engineering Manager to lead our innovative optical systems team. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in optical engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects
- Deep expertise in optical design software such as Zemax or Code V
- Strong understanding of optical principles, including geometrical optics, wave optics, and optical materials
Preferred:
- Experience in managing teams and leading technical projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with laser systems, imaging systems, and photonics technologies
- Publications in relevant optical engineering journals or conferences
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in optical design software (Zemax, Code V, or equivalent)
- Experience with optical testing and measurement techniques, including interferometry and spectrometry
- Knowledge of CAD software for optical component design
- Familiarity with simulation tools and methods for optical system performance analysis
