Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid nursing license
- 2+ years of experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team collaboration
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Certification in geriatric nursing or nursing home administration
