Role Overview

- Contribute to safety assessments and risk evaluations to ensure operational integrity
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics principles
- Familiarity with nuclear safety regulations and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Internship or co-op experience in the nuclear energy sector
- Knowledge of nuclear steam supply systems and their components
- Experience with simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, ANSYS) for system analysis
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in engineering software and tools for modeling and analysis
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and documentation practices
- Basic understanding of control systems and instrumentation relevant to nuclear applications
