Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Nuclear Chemistry Manager to lead our innovative team focused on advancing nuclear chemistry applications and research. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field with a focus on nuclear chemistry
- 5+ years of experience in nuclear chemistry research or application, with a proven track record of leadership
- Deep understanding of radiation chemistry, radiochemical analysis, and nuclear safety protocols
Preferred:
- Experience in managing interdisciplinary research teams and projects
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing nuclear materials and waste
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in nuclear analytical techniques such as gamma spectroscopy, alpha spectrometry, and mass spectrometry
- Proficient in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software
- Experience with radiochemical synthesis and characterization
