- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience with advanced analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, and mass spectrometry.
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
