Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Network Support Manager to lead our network support team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements in network design, performance, and scalability
- Establish and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in network support or network engineering roles, with a strong background in troubleshooting and support
- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), and technologies (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
- Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred:
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) and performance management systems
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent
- Familiarity with cloud networking solutions and SD-WAN technologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in network infrastructure design and architecture
- Proficiency in network security best practices and technologies
- Hands-on experience with network automation tools and scripting languages
- Strong understanding of network performance optimization techniques
