Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in network support or diagnostics, with a proven track record of managing complex network environments.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP) and technologies.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot network performance issues effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience leading technical support teams or projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with network security principles and practices.
