Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Lead Motor Coach Tour Operator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall management and execution of motor coach tours, ensuring exceptional travel experiences for our clients while leading a team of dedicated professionals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging tour itineraries that captivate travelers and exceed expectations
- Oversee all logistical aspects of motor coach tours, including route planning, scheduling, and coordination with vendors
- Lead and mentor a team of tour operators, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting thorough pre-trip inspections of vehicles
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during tours
- Gather feedback post-tour to enhance future experiences and drive customer satisfaction
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in tour operations or a related field, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of motor coach logistics and travel regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tours simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within the travel or tourism industry
- Knowledge of local attractions and destinations across various regions
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
