Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for addressing operational challenges and customer inquiries
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in transportation operations or a related field
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of team development and performance management
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance within the transportation industry
Preferred:
- Experience in a coaching or training capacity
- Familiarity with advanced routing and scheduling software
- Ability to analyze operational data and make data-driven decisions
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in transportation management systems and related technologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and reporting
- Familiarity with GPS tracking and fleet management systems
