Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in microfilm operations or a related field, including supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of microfilm processing techniques and equipment
- Proven ability to manage a team and foster a positive work environment
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards for record-keeping and archiving
Preferred:
- Experience with digital imaging technologies and workflows
- Familiarity with metadata standards and archival practices
- Certification in micrographics or related fields
