Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in metallurgical engineering, with a focus on leadership roles
- Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership in a manufacturing or research environment
- Deep knowledge of metallurgical processes, material characterization, and failure analysis techniques
Preferred:
- Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or energy sectors
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals or industry conferences
- Familiarity with advanced characterization techniques (e.g., SEM, TEM, XRD)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in metallurgical modeling and simulation software
