Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Menswear Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth in the menswear segment. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and optimize the customer experience. This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work environment while contributing to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the menswear category
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners, ensuring exceptional service and support
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align product offerings with market demand and consumer preferences
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive sales performance and foster a culture of excellence
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in menswear or apparel sales, with a deep understanding of the market dynamics
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and sales management software
