Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Medicare Interviewer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the Medicare interview process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and improving the overall quality of our interviews. You will lead a team of interviewers, drive best practices, and leverage data to enhance our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team of Medicare interviewers, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of excellence.
- Design and implement interview protocols that comply with CMS regulations and ensure the highest quality of data collection.
- Analyze interview data and feedback to identify trends, address challenges, and recommend improvements to the interviewing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine training materials and resources that support the team’s growth.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of interviews to ensure adherence to protocols and provide constructive feedback.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues or concerns related to the interview process.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a healthcare-related role, specifically with Medicare interviews or assessments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team and driving performance improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare policies, regulations, and best practices for conducting interviews.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software to track and report on interview metrics.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or compliance within a healthcare setting.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Experience with survey design and analysis.
