Role Overview
We are seeking a Welfare Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the welfare programs within our organization. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate welfare programs that promote employee well-being and support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive welfare programs that address employee needs and align with organizational objectives
- Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from employees to inform program design and implementation
- Collaborate with HR and management to integrate welfare initiatives into the overall employee engagement strategy
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Manage budgets and resources allocated to welfare programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding welfare initiatives and provide guidance as needed
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to promote awareness and participation in welfare programs
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in welfare or employee assistance programs
- Strong understanding of employee welfare trends and best practices
- Proven ability to analyze data and present findings to stakeholders
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- Certification in program management or human resources
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Experience with employee engagement survey platforms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
