Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Medical Library Director to lead and innovate our medical library services. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of library programs and services that support the research, education, and clinical practice of our healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Library Science (MLS) or equivalent from an ALA-accredited program.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a medical or healthcare library setting, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of medical literature, information resources, and research methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage projects effectively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with electronic health record systems and integration of library services into clinical workflows.
