Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on field engineering and project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mechanical projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Experience with renewable energy projects or advanced manufacturing systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) methodologies.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
