Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing supervision.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly processes and techniques, including tools and equipment used in the industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and cross-functional partners.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and continuous improvement techniques.
