Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in data management, with a focus on Master Data Management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing data governance frameworks in complex environments
- Strong understanding of data integration methodologies and data quality best practices
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred:
- Experience with data management tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for data governance
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Information Management, or a related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in Master Data Management and data governance frameworks
- Proficiency in data modeling, data quality assessment, and data integration techniques
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
