Role Overview
The Deputy Mayor will serve as a vital leader within the municipal government, working closely with the Mayor and other city officials to implement policies, manage city operations, and address community needs. Responsibilities
- Assist the Mayor in developing and executing the city's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with community goals and priorities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in municipal government or public service, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong understanding of urban policy, community development, and local government operations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience working directly with elected officials or in a senior management role within government.
- Proven track record of successful project management and stakeholder engagement.
